At Red Rose Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every cup. Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we accept returns on unused, non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item did not meet your expectations.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
